Preschooler can get into the action sliding down slides, weaving their way through mazes and searching for hidden passageways. When rambling through the streets of Western Town, dress up in old clothes to take a picture with an Abraham Lincoln look-alike, peak through the windows of old shops and visit the General Store. In the English Village awaits Pinocchio’s Shop, which is also the gateway that will lead your preschooler through the entire village. Be sure to stop and enjoy a snack while you watch the Water-Light Show.
What Parents Will Love About Enchanted Forest
Your preschooler will be free to journey through castles and mazes, slide down giant slides and ride the kiddy rides that are just their size. The bumper boats are a big hit with the little ones because they can get behind the wheel and drive the boats by themselves. You and your preschooler will take pleasure in the fact that they can do many of the activities independently. If you are a bit of a daredevil yourself, there are a few adult rides that you might want to try as well.
Other Things You Should Know
Situated on the side of a hill, the walk through the park can be a bit strenuous, especially on a hot day. If your preschooler is not one who enjoys walking on their own a lot, definitely bring a stroller so you are not struggling to get up the hill while carrying him/her.
There are not a lot of rides at the park, so the ride bracelet might not be the best choice for everyone. The paid admission will allow you to enjoy Storybook Lane, Western Town, the English Village and the Water-Light Show, but there is an additional cost for rides and the Haunted House. If your preschooler enjoys rides and likes to go multiple times, then the ride bracelet might be just the thing for you.
Plan ahead for potty breaks because there is no restroom located in the “kiddy rides” area.
The park sells food, but you are allowed to bring your own as well. Bring a picnic and make a day of it with your family and friends.
